We understand that plans can change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair, clear, and transparent for both guests and our small hospitality team.
Standard Cancellation Policy

Full refund of 100% of booking charges if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date.

No refund will be issued for cancellations made within 14 days of the arrival date.
Weather & Travel Disruptions
Cancellations due to weather conditions, road closures, airline delays, personal emergencies, or other travel-related disruptions affecting a guest’s travel are not eligible for a refund.
A refund may be issued only if the property itself is deemed unsafe or inaccessible, such as in the case of mandatory evacuation orders or conditions that prevent occupancy of the home.
We strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to protect your trip investment in the event of unexpected circumstances. Travel insurance is available during the booking process.
