House Rules
By confirming your booking, you agree to adhere to the House Rules outlined below. These policies are in place to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all guests and neighbors.
Booking Requirements

A signed rental agreement is required prior to check-in. Refusal to sign may result in cancellation without penalty to the host.

The primary guest must be 25 years of age or older (children are welcome when accompanied by parents).
Occupancy & Pets

Maximum occupancy is 6 guests.

A maximum of 2 dogs is permitted. Dogs only — no other pets.

Please indicate if you will be bringing a dog when booking.

Dogs must be house trained and crated if left unattended.

Use provided dog covers if pets are allowed on furniture.

Clean up after your dog.

A $50 fee per dog applies.

Unauthorized guests or pets may result in removal without refund and/or a $200 fee per unregistered guest or pet.
Damage Deposit

A $100 damage deposit is required.

A temporary hold (not a charge) will be placed on your card 3 days prior to check-in.

If no damages or policy violations occur, the deposit will be released within 5 days after checkout.

The deposit may be applied toward damages, missing items, excessive cleaning, or other policy violations. Guests are responsible for costs exceeding the deposit, including any loss of rental income resulting from damages.
Property Rules

No smoking anywhere on the property.

Quiet hours begin at 10:00 pm. Parties are not permitted.

Maximum of 3 vehicles. Street parking is generally unavailable.

Trash must be properly bagged and placed in the bear box. Improper disposal may result in a $50 fee.
Supplies & Amenities
The cabin is stocked with dishes, cookware, linens, and bath towels. A starter supply is provided:

Dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher pods

Hand soap, body wash, shampoo

Trash bags

Toilet paper (2 rolls per bathroom)

Paper towels

Coffee filters
Guests should plan to bring additional items such as coffee, condiments, spices, oil, and firewood. The cabin includes a drip coffee maker.
Maintenance & Access

Routine maintenance is not available during your stay unless it is an emergency.

Please notify us promptly if something needs attention.

The owner or authorized representatives may enter the property if necessary to maintain safety, security, or address urgent issues.
We recommend that all members of your group review these rules prior to arrival.
